A stirring living-history vacation of Abraham Lincoln, following his birth to final rest. Join us as we walk in the shadow of perhaps America’s most beloved President, Abraham Lincoln. Beginning with his log cabin birthplace, you will retrace his path from Kentucky to Indiana to Illinois. All significant Lincoln related sites with the exception of the D.C area will be visited. Enjoy expert local lecturers and sightseeing guides, multi-media presentations, spectacular Lincoln outdoor pageants, a startling Lincoln look-alike who will accompany you for one entire day including dinner, fascinating New Salem and a Lincoln Living History Village.

Since “we’re in the neighborhood” we wouldn’t want to miss important “non-Lincoln” sights. For example, you’ll visit and observe horses training at Churchill Downs, site of the annual Kentucky Derby. You will also visit the Louisville Slugger Baseball Museum in Louisville and visit the Presidential Libraries of Eisenhower,
Truman, and Hoover. All of this and several surprises!
